Movement Discipleship Training is the training that most Christian's wished they had when the began following Christ. This discipleship track leans toward biblical and theological training.
Over a period of six months, you will be trained to develop a contextual strategy that effectively plants through evangelism and disciple making and builds in an organic system of church multiplication.
At the end of the process, you will be disciple who loves, follows, and joins Jesus on His mission. Jesus did a great job at this, so we want to follow His example of how to make disciples.
Leadership Development Training is a thorough track on the subject of Christian leadership as well as a systematic study of the biblical philosophy of leadership.
Over a period of five months, you will be trained in Christian leadership including discussion and discovery of one’s identity, integrity, and intimacy characteristics.
At the end of the process, you will be able to explain the biblical philosophy and model of leadership. The student will become self aware of his or her own divine design by identifying strengths, weakness, limitations, and flaws and develop an action plan to deal with them.
Multiply is the training that veteran church planters wished we all had before we ever started planting. This planting track leans toward planters who have some ministry experience, formal theological background and may or may not be indigenous to the context of their mission field.
Over a period of five months, you will be trained to develop a contextual strategy that effectively plants through evangelism and disciple making.
At the end of the process, you will be able to find the thread that connects your unique call and gifting to your specific context to the appropriate planting model.
