About The Movement

The Movement is a missional movement of Movement Church Network – people, joined by the gospel, drawn together into the mission of Jesus Christ by the empowerment of the Holy Spirit. Led by Dre + Shawn Burgs, we are much more than a church to attend, but a movement centered on the person and mission of Jesus Christ. We love Jesus, God’s Word, and each other. We're taking Jesus' revolutionary message of grace, truth, and compassion to the culture. Church Has Left The Building!

Movement Membership

If you are ready to join TheMovementTV, the next move for you is to register for The Movement Basics. Occurring three times a year (fall, winter, and spring), Basics is a three-part course, consisting of a series of podcasts, one Sunday in-class session, and two Wednesday evening Movement Meetup Training Groups. We spend the Sunday afternoon discussing the vision of Movement Nation and of Movement Meetups. In the Training Groups, we then spend two Wednesday evenings practicing community in Meetups around the city. From these Training Groups we create new Meetups or connect you with existing Meetups in your part of the city. If you would like to participate in the next round of Basics, you can sign up to be notified when registration opens in April.
